Whitecree passed away

Whitecree passed away last Sunday. He was a member here and a friend of mine from 2 other forums. I wish to pass on my respects to his family. He was a master at the art of wood carving and got me started in that hobby. Here's a link to a thread at Maximum PC where his son is currently a member. Whitecree for those familiar with him was just one of those naturally nice people. Never knew him to argue with anyone or fail to get along with anyone. Just one of those rare souls who got along with just about everyone. He will be missed.

While I never met him, I will remember his family in our prayers.

I have to agree about his well being. In the short time here, I got the feeling he was one of the nicest people around. And even had a sense of humor to boot. He will be sorely missed by this forum. My family's prayers are with his, Bailey and the Williams family.

I will miss Whitecree aka Bob.........he got me into carving as well just like Joker and has made some carving knives for me. I am grateful for his guidance and his witty remarks which at times made my day. I pay my respect to his family and friends and offer my condolences. Bob wherever you are you prolly be laughing at us right now. Rest in peace my friend.

Whitecree was a member here, but he didn't post that much here. He was more active over at MaxPC and thats where many of us know him from. He was a very good guy, and even though he wasn't the best at computers he always had something interesting to say. Like joker said his real talent was woodwork and carving. He will be missed.

Wow. I just realized how close he is to me, the place where he lived (Kitamaat) is not too far away. His carvings are absolutely amazing, I have only seen carvings like those in museums. I hardly knew him but I hope he rests in peace.

I remember this guy from MPC and here... He was a nice guy. I didn't know about his carvings though. Great skill...

Whitecree was an excellent carver and just an all around great guy. For those of us that never met him in person, his online presence will be greatly missed.
