| So, long story short, my grandmother has a B-2 visitor's visa, sponsored by my father. She was brought back to the country by a family who is employing her for babysitting. Which, BTW, is illegal. So, this leaves my family in a rut. In order to save our own asses, we should report to immigration. This leaves no choice. If we personally send her home, then we're involved in a money chain and then we're royally fvcked in the behind if the gov't finds out. If we rat, grandmother goes to jail for detainment and pretty much will get deported. We've all agreed that she on her own screwed up and if this happens, that is her fault. Don't go on about the "aww, you're putting your grandmother in prison." We don't give a shit. However, is this the only way?
