too sad, wasting money like that... there are many ways of fixing that problem of him, maybe he is just not patient enough...
or the technical know how can also play a vital role... or HIS MACHINE is REALLY OLD...

he should have given that copy instead...

It looked like the install into the shredder went fairly well. He seemed to do the necessary restarts manually. I would say he did a fine (and pretty quick) install. The second system, much unlike his first was fully Vista compatible and it seemed to just eat Vista right up. I am confident that install will afford years of enjoyment. The Aero Glass feature was very apparent in the collection "Window" of the bucket.
