Thirty-three reasons why I'm convinced the Steelers will beat the Patriots on Sunday.


No. 1: Pittsburgh is a city with its priorities in order. The first thing you see at the airport are two life-sized mannequins: one is of patriot George Washington, clad in red, white and blue and looking like he stepped off the side of New England's helmet; and the other is Franco Harris making his Immaculate Reception. Franco's mannequin looks like he could take George.

No. 2: Hines Ward. On a team with HOF'ers John Stallworth and Lynn Swann, Hines is now the Steelers' all-time leading scorer at wideout with 64 catches. He's also money on third down -- a key against New England where the Steelers will need long, clock-eating drives to keep the ball out of Tom Brady's hands.

Will be good to see the Pats and the Pack matchup in the post season.

Well this is all they talk about on tv and there's already been a team thats gone undefeated so this is nothing that hasn't been done already and it's being played up because there's nothing else worth a crap going on in the NFL right now.

Of course not! They have their bias just as the regular news outlets do.
The Pack is the youngest team in the NFL (except Favre) yet they are running with 2 losses, Favre is breaking all sorts of records every game, many of their best players are playing injured and still kicking ass, they puff up Oakland to be the favored team because of how they have come together the past few weeks and then they get stomped... yep no news here
if you include last week against the cowgirls, the Pack kept the score close most of the game with Favre out, Woodson out, KGB out.... an almost-rookie GB team kept Dallas from storming all over and stomping them... no wonder why Detroit kitty cats almost beat them
gotta have fun with this as we knew the Pittsburgh Squealers couldn't keep up.

Well I'm a 9'ers fan so I got nothing to cheer about for quite awhile now. But back in the day they put together some good teams.

ah yes the Joe Montana and Jerry Rice days.... now replaced by Favre and Driver, Roethlisberger, and a few others. We will see what the post season holds.
