In the last two weeks, we've grown by at least 30 members. Looking at the stats for tonight, we had 14 members and 113 guests on. I didn't break down the actual real people vs. the spiders we had crawling, but even so, this is a big difference from the last time I posted about this.

I just want to personally thank all of you for trusting me to do some reviews for you, for trying out my defrag stuff and the page file article. Not to mention your feedback, which you guys have kept constructive. I'm proud that none of you have busted any of us out when you have a suggestion or in pointing out a typo. PM'ing us is very nice and very cool.

As I look back over the 1000+ posts I've made since I joined, I've had very few cross words, tenseness or days of "I hate being a mod here!" Unlike some other forums I mod or co-admin at, this site and my Clan gaming site are the only two where I know that even if I express a half-baked belief or a differing opinion, it will be met with mature and classy responses. Not the normal "OMGWTHPWNERZDAKnuWBIEZDUMAZZWIFABAT!" crap you see on a lot of other sites.

I guess I'm just saying thanks for tolerating me and thanks for being such a class act guys.

I feel at home on a forum like this. Its not a bunch of whiney kids (or adults acting like kids), it is mature knowledgeable people or at least mature people willing to learn. This is what this is all about. We joke, we have fun, we answer or ask questions...

this is amazing. even the kids here (sure i can include myself if u like) a.k.a. the "younger crowd" is very mature and this is DEFINITELY a pleasurable place to be. here, i feel like its a place where i can come with most anything.

it's great to have a forum like this thats exclusively serving to make itself better, and provide for its members. its truly an HONOR to be part of a community like this, like ive said many times, and i mean it!

with courtesy comes good people, and with good people comes good converstation, and with good conversation comes HardwareLogic.

congrats guys, you make this a great place to be! thanks EVERYONE who makes this possible behind the scenes, and all the members who help it be what they meant for it to be!

Flaming/Rudeness will never be tolerated. The entire reason I created HL was to help people, and create a place where everyone can feel welcome, share stories, knowledge, and ask for help without being belittled.......I know the concept has bothered a few people, but they are free to hang out at those other sites where that attitude is bred, and tolerated......As I've said all along, I'd much rather have a small community of really great people than a large community of "know it alls", flamers (no not that kind), and guys with the social skills of badger.
You guys are very lucky to have Paul (One4), Blake (gvblake), Gordon (Joker), Dano (Stinger), Tom (Quake), Jon (Tyreal), and everyone else that has contributed content to the site, and who are active each and every day, helping people out

I like this place too, sad I can't be here as often as I'd like. I barely help anymore, to be honest very few topics catch my interest lately. Not against anyone, but i'm a bit tired of those "Is my overclock good?" type of topics.

Anyway, long live HL. :D

There's nothing about tolerating you guys......everyone here is good people, or you wouldn't last very long. I'm actually kind of amazed that we've only had to ban two people (with a few others being given "timeouts", considering the variety of personalities we have

Actually I am curious as to why the people that come and spam with those uber great deals on cell phones only get temp banned. Its not like they're coming back and if so, just to spam and possibly scam more.

I am active each day but I dont know that it is constructive. I feel that you guys know so much more about this stuff than I do. I try to keep the mood light in posts without sidetracking them too badly. I dont care however that you guys are so much better at this stuff than me, I learn something new from everyone on here everyday.
