I've added a Pricegrabber page. For those of you unfamiliar with amrketing, every time you use it to sshop for anything online, it links back to HL, and helps us pay the bills....so the next time you plan on making an online purchase, make sure you use the following page to start out

Acually what it is, is an affiliate program. HardwareLogic gets a small % of money spent through the link.

It works real good, and there are some great prices at different places.

On a serious note, it does benefit members indirectly. The less out of pocket money it takes to run the site, the larger the upgrade funds, which makes for cooler giveaways on that 'old' hardware.

Good idea and I'll make sure I use it for all my online purchases from now on..........Of corse I could use it more if you guys would hurry and get the captain crunch broke as He _ _ fund started........

For the moment, it's not an ad. We're just asking that next time you use Pricegrabber, consider doing so through HardwareLogic and update your bookmark accordingly.

At some point, we'd like to turn it into a banner very similar to what you see on TechReport. What they do is link the most commonly searched products on the side in various categories (see pic below for a partial screenie) in their articles. So if you're reading about a 7600GT, you can perform a quick price check through a site that most of us already use anyway (I regularly use PriceGrabber and PriceWatch). Still will get overlooked by those that have trained themselves to complete ignore sidebar ads, but I think this would tend to get a bit more use than a generic company banner.
