Default San Fran policy comes back to bite!

Killings turn focus on San Francisco sanctuary law - Yahoo! News

Warning: political views follow. If you don't want to hear about it then don't read any further...

The killings are a tragedy, to be sure. But I have to say it is nice to see the liberals caught between their superficial laws designed to make them all feel good ("sanctuary", no death penalty) and a real law about murdering your fellow man.

It'll be interesting to see where this one comes out....

good I hope this comes back and nails them in the ass time and time again until they reverse many of their liberalized policies that will only destroy the city...

Coming from the Bay Area......the people making social and political decisions in that region are idiots. They like to think of themselves as progressives, but in truth all they really do is waste millions upon millions of dollars and create public nightmares.

They want to believe that society needs less rules, and that people can govern themselves.....but it doesn't work that way. Our society cannot govern ourselves or police ourselves, people left to their own devices are always going to try to get ahead at someone elses expense.

There is a long list of policies out there that have come back to bite them...look at the needle exchange program. Now they have a problem with all the druggies migrating to the bay area, then people are stepping on and getting poked with needles inpareks, on buses, etc

Now this is what happens when the far left is left to run things. There really needs to be a more stable government stance somewhere between the far left and the far right. Maybe more in the middle where most Americans views are. We get this from the left and the Patriot act from the right. This country is going to hell.

You reap what you sow. I have absolutely no compassion for San Fran. They made the bed and they can sleep in the damn thing.

Just because one jerk face decides to shoot people doesn't mean all illegal immigrants should be deported. I commend San Fransisco on forward thinking in their policies, even if it backfired in their face this time. Tweaking the law will make it better next time. All policies like that are trial and error anyway.

I love how everyone forgets that America was built by immigrants. San Francisco's sanctuary laws have nothing to do with the shooting. It could just as easily have been a deranged national.
