| My 24" Acer LCD blew out a couple weeks ago, and since it was still within its warrenty period, I sent it away to be repaired. If I nagged them a bit, do you think I could have any luck getting reimbursed for the shipping? The thing is huge, and cost me $45 to UPS it to them... |

| I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal. | It's doubtful, but it can't hurt to try. For future reference, you'd likely have better luck trying to convince a company to setup prepaid return shipping, rather than trying to get them to cut a check after the fact. |

| "you smell sumthin"? | The way I see it,and what I have been through before is....as far as HP goes,I had a new monitor go boink..(under warranty) called them,went through alot of trouble shoot on the phone,(was BS because already went through the motions) but did it anywho.....made the guy happy.....then he gave me an RMA# and sent me an empty box for my monitor....then after recieving my monitor....sent me a factory refurbished one. Even though my monitior was much less than 30 days old,I still recieved a factory rebuild with warranty a few days later. |
