Pray for us

A bit of background information first. My dad has had back problems since his mind twenties, when he hurt it carrying logs around. It has never bothered him by a huge amount until recently, I guess, not entirely sure, but his spine is pinching some nerves in the spinal cord, which is causing him massive pains in his left leg. He can barely walk 3 feet without collapsing to the floor in pain. Either last night or today, it has gotten to the point where his doctor said that he might need emergency surgery. I'm not entirely sure on the details, because I only heard it from my sister, but it is very bad either way. Please pray for us that my father makes it through this :(

As someone with a really bad back, you have my thoughts, prayers, and sympathy....its an awful experience....and I hope your father gets through this well.

Thanks guys. Well it looks like he will most likely be going in for surgery tomorrow. He is out of his mind on pain killers right now, he just asked me if I was finished filling in a hole by his bed that does not exist. :-/
