some years later they find that one simple typo caused this whole mess... although it was good that they now make them degrade in a matter of weeks rather than months, it still does not change the fact that there is no measurable number of animals ever hurt by plastic bags. Damn politicians

LOL way to go. Anyway we've been using nylon bags for a while. Now we get a discount at the groceries when we use those. It's much more sturdy that those crappy plastic bags and more ecologic too.

Granted they don't kill animals, I still don't like using them. Paper is way better for the environment. Paper can be shredded and made into more paper, plastic can't.


But I still only use my Trader Joe's canvas bag. I get entered into a $25 raffle every time I use it, and its stronger than 20 plastic bags.
