Default Planning to produce any missiles using iTunes?

Man, I was going through the iTunes and the iPod End User License Agreement.... it really says this.

Yes, it says that. Here's some screenshots of the RTFs in Word. First is iTunes, second is iPod.

I didn't know I could use iTunes to produce nuclear weapons...

I've checked Digg and the works, this is no where to be found. I can't Digg this though because it's in OT.

Damnit, I need my Mac blog back.... :(

The question is, does this mean iTunes has a function where you CAN make missiles? Is there hidden code in the Mac software that make it possible? It's a conspiracy!!! iPods are really mini robots that will grow into destructo bots when given the signal and take over the world!!!

I for one welcome our new musical overlords...

Well, saturday night's plans are foiled. What else can I do?

Oh wait. I don't use either product so I don't have to worry about making WMD's!! I use a Cowon A2 30GB which has a 4" LCD unlike the iPod and it also has useful features and doesn't require a program to use. AHAHAHA Oh, and I can listen to 18 hours of music or 10 hours of movies without recharging on a 4" colorful chrisp LCD!! Not to mention it supports just about every codec so I don't have to covert everything via iTunes to MP4!!! ROFLMAO!

I hate iPods and people who worship them as a different category in electronics. I went into RadioShack one day a year ago and asked where the MP3 section was and the guy answered "MP3 Players? Oh, our iPods are over here."

Also, my highschool has this "no electronics" crap and they said "No cellphones, pagers, beepers, CD players and iPods." I was listening to my Cowon A2 and got caught and said "What? This isn't an iPod."

I also made a number of "iPod Not" flyers before and put them all over the bus and school. I photoshoped the classic

Click the image to open in full size.

Person filled in black with random bright color background with white ipod buds image and replaced the iPod with other players. I did a Cowon, an iRiver, and a Creative one. And I wrote on the top "iPod Not. There are other choices."

I donno.. I just hate them. I really think people are stupid when they get an iPod because all their friends have them or whatever. I seen people on the bus and train have like cheap 99c radios and like $100 128mb flash players with iPod headphones so they can look "cool." I also hate people who think that an iPod is the ONLY choice in media players. Yes, I understand if you look over the different companies: Cowon/iAudio, Creative, iRiver, Sony, SanDisk, Rio, etc and don't find something that fits your needs... BUT to think iPods are the ONLY MP3 players and ignore everyone other player is just plain stupid. For crying out loud. Every other player has better and more features!!!!

My Cowon A2 has a built in FM radio. It also has an audio-in, mic, and video recorder. It has an alarm feature so it can turn on at a specific time and record your favorite TV show when your not home. There are custom wallpapers and the older firmware is open sourced so you can modify it and if your a good programmer you can add your own features. The iRiver iHP-120 friggin has optical in and out!! Does the iPod have optical in/out? Nope.

Also, whats with this iPod nano crap? Why would you want anything electronic thats .26" thick? I seen like at least 3 people on the bus/train sit on theirs by mistake and crack the screen and break it in half. ZOMG ON NOEZZZZ Your MP3 player is 1" thick. ZOMG! I can't fit it into my pocket or purse. Pff, get a larger purse. I don't mind if a company beefs the size up to like .8" if they add more features. The screen on the nano is so damn f tiny that I can't see a single thing on it. Not to mention the shuffle. The new version is a little larger than a quarter, a bit smaller than a 50c piece. Would you really want an MP3 player that small? Now, remind me. How many quarters have you lost before? How much change did you find under your sofa? I wouldn't be surprised if you lost the damn shuffle. Oh wait. Apple! Ding Ding! I think you forgot something. Its called an LCD. Derf! Every modern MP3 player has one.. you know apple... Its one of them fandangled liquid crystal displays! They can display information such as THE SONG TITLE, AUTHOR OF THE SONG, and gee... TIME LEFT. And can also display useful stuff like menus and um... battery life and settings? Oh wait, don't tell me you planned on not having it on the player? Cuz its cool these days not to know what song your listening to? What if its a song you haven't heard yet and you want to listen to at home in iTunes. Cuz face it. You NEED to use iTunes to use iPod products. Unlike say, the iRiver, Zen, iAudio, Cowon which function as an EXTERNAL HDD and popup as a LOCAL DRIVE in My Computer and you can just Drag 'n' Drop your music. Then use a music program of your choice like WinAmp or WMP. Well, I got off track... My Cowon A2 is about 5.24 X 3.07 X 0.87 inches (133 X 78 X 22 mm) in size and weights about 10.5oz (298g). Its not that heavy and large as it might seem. As I took it out of the box I thought "WOW This thing is smaller than I expected! But this screen is so large. It makes watching movies and anime from 3' away very easy. And this screen is so crisp I won't have any problem viewing my favorite media." Because my Cowon A2 support music, videos, photos and text files. And you can listen to music while watching a slideshow. Very neat :) So, its not very large at all yet it is packed full of so many great features and great battery life. Cuz also, face it. If your plane flight is longer than 4 hours what will you do? iPod battery dead? What a shame! My Cowon A2 can play videos for upto 10 hours and music for 18. Enough battery to keep you entertained (so you won't have to watch the same movie playing over 3 times in the plane) for the entire flight. Even if your flying from NY to Tokyo. The Cowon A2 also supports host mode. I can hook up my camera to the host port and copy over pictures, or to another mp3 player and copy songs from my friends. iPod, can't do that either, eh? What a shame. I guess you can plug into one of the 1,000 speakers that are made for you eh? Wait, whats this! My Cowon A2 doesn't need to because it has speakers built in. These bad boys are loud enough to be heard in a class room thats like 15 x 30ft large. Yup. They are loud and produce good quality sound.

Well, thats about the end of my iPod rant... ^^;;

And yes. Seriously. If your thinking of buying an iPod... PLEASE do your research!!! There are far better players out there that come with more features. You are paying for something that is meant to last several years. Get the most out of it. I use the alarm feature on my Cowon as my alarm clock. I watch anime and movies on my 47" LCD in the living room. I also watch anime on the bus/train or on the plane. I recorded a few shows I couldn't watch because I was doing HW. I have used just about every feature my Cowon A2 has and I do not regret buying it for $450 at launch.

EDIT: AHAHAHAH! This post was 1k words or over 5,000 characters. I could of finished my homework 3 times by now instead. ahahaha XD

Cheers,
-robodude666
