Oops gotta jack up the gas prices 30 cents per gallon for the next few weeks to make up for the lost fuel...

just watch... anytime something like this happens, gas prices jump at least 5-10 cents per gallon or more...

Yea, same over here in east bay cali... it was $4.50, now it's down to $4.20

Ouch $3.75 here. Thats another thing why so much more there? There's refineries right there in the bay area.

the reason is that CA has their own gas taxes and fuel formulation... when you have a specific area or region with their own custom blends of gasoline, it will cause prices to be much higher there.. New York and Chicago proper is the same way, their own custom blends of gas and super high gas taxes.

The ethanol blend here is the cheapest and yes the area does dictate prices as well.

Prices dropping here as well. Down as low as $3.85 some places.

The county I am in has their own tax on gas that is around 5 cents per gallon... plus the city I am in has another 5-10 cents per gallon.. so gas has been staying around 3.96-4.03 for a while now... yet I can go one county over and pay $3.85, usually 10-15 cents cheaper.

It's $3.88 by my house, suck on that, West Coast.
