Upload the picture to a free hosting service. A few include:

FileAnchor
ImageShack
PhotoBucket

When ever you type a post there is an option on the bottom to host a file with fileanchor, thats the easiest way. Just browse, click host, then copy the BB Code.

I used photobucket but I captured the pic with screenshot captor and it was resized by photobucket.
