Looks like an Anti Aircraft Gun from a Naval Ship.

Yeah, I'm not sure what year its from though. I'm pretty sure they are on their way to the Newport Naval War College museum though

Looks like a Bofors 40mm Anti-Aircraft Gun from the WWII Era.

Hitman, thanks for the pic. It looks like one to me as well. My Dad was a loader for one during WW2. I got a chance to see one similar on the U.S.S. Massachusetts. That is old school AA, so I wouldn't expect it from anything newer than the 50s.
