I checked that already. Take a screen shot of this picture and paste it to Paint. Save as .jpg. Still does the same thing.

I've seen this optical illusion around. Best way to tell if it's not animated is to concentrate on one small spot of it. If it's an authentic illusion, it stops moving. Stare at one of the beans/seeds in the middle, and it'll stop swirling
