Default newegg site problems?

I suppose the reason I cant get an order to go through for last 3 days is because of the Holiday? My credit score average for the 3 major reporting bureaus is 800.Thought it was all automated there.Guess I will have to call them tomorrow.Any thoughts?

Far as I know everything is working. The system should just verify your card and away you go. Now in the case of some cards, if the Bill To and Ship To addresses are not the same it will throw a flag. You are using a credit card correct?

I got an order through on Saturday without any problems. However, I have noticed that the site does seem to "hang" with some frequency over the past couple months. I assume their servers can't keep up with the volume of site traffic.

I would just give them a call tomorrow morning. I am sure they will get you fixed up.

I ordered a sleeving kit back on the 23rd (December) and I chose the 3-day shipping. I tracked the order a few minutes ago, and it scheduled to arrive on the 2nd, tomorrow. They may just be slow due to the holidays and such. But I'd give them a call anyways just to make sure.

I tried to use my newegg account yesterday for my order and it would just not go through so I just used the credit card which went through fine.

Thanks HL and Corsair!

Meh, I'm pissed at Newegg myself. I ordered stuff on the Fri the 28th. I placed the order at about 1:00 PM central time. Newegg rep claims that it should be shipped today, the 2nd. Tracking says it hasn't even been considered -- "Billing information received." I even schlepped on the two bucks to rush my order. Guess not.........

EDIT: Got my stuff today, the 7th. =\
