Default Need dinner on the fly?

I must warn you, if you get a heart attack because of this its not my fault...
The measurement in parenthesis is to make a bit more if your really hungry.

Pasta With Four Cheeses or Rigatoni

8 oz. mostaccioli or rigatoni noodles (12oz.)
Boiling water
1/4 C. butter (1/3 c.)
1 c. grated monterey jack cheese (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. half and half (still 3/4 c. ....see what you think)
1/2 tsp. pepper (3/4 tsp.)
1/4 tsp. salt (1/2 tsp.)
1/4 c. parmesan cheese (1/4-1/2 c.)

Cook noodles in boiling water as package directs. Drain. Toss with butter,
all cheeses except parmesan, half and half, pepper and salt. Stir over low
heat until cheeses are melted. Turn onto warm platter and sprinkle with
parmesan.

Enjoy.

Hmm, that sounds very good. I'll have to try that recipe out sometime when I get the chance. Big fan of cheeses here.

Trader Joe's has em here.

Just add some chilis and some tumuric powder and pop some tomatoes in there

You have a 4 star meal in 3 minutes on the stove.

That looks pretty good Zambini. I've never seen that around here and we don't have a Trader Joe's either.

Right now... I'm just craving a big baked potatoe.
