You bugged up the prices, a 700W from Fortron isn't $649.00 and a 8800GTX ain't $106.99. :P

I'd take something else for the board, surely not this mBTX mobo (which BTW wouldn't fit in the P180)
Something with a 965 chipset would be best suited.

Four changes I would make:

1) Personal preference on this one, but I'm not a big fan of the Antec P180. It's a PITA running cables through that thing for wire management.

2) I'm dump the motherboard for one of the options listed in our Recommended Lists.

3) Looking at how long you keep your systems (and I'm basing this on how aged your current rig is), I would be looking at one of the videocard manufacturers that offer lifetime warranties. These include, BFG, XFX, and eVGA.

4) And finally, dump the ECC DDR2-533 RAM for a kit of non-ECC DDR2-800. ECC RAM is more appropriate for a server environment rather than a typical desktop rig, and match that proc with a faster spec (DDR2-800+).

Yes, Yes, Yes, and Yes. One4 is always full of good advice. And as polobunny mentioned, that microBTX motherboard will not fit in the P180 (which is an ATX case). Pick out a solid 965x or 975x full sized ATX motherboard and you should be good to go
