My Wife is a Nut

(I know this doesn't have anything to do with politics or religion but I couldn't find a better place for it)

I was enjoying another relaxing Sunday filled with football and a whole lot of nothing else. Then my wife asks me if I want to go with her to some BBQ/fundraiser thing her boss gave her tickets to. I said no because I wasn't hungry and I just wanted to bum around the house and watch football.

A few minutes later she asks me again. I got the hint so I asked her specifically if she wanted me to go and she said yes. So I agreed and we got cleaned up and dressed to go. The BBQ was pretty close to our place and once we find it, I pull into a parking spot and she turns asks me if I still want to go.

OK, here we are at the BBQ in the parking lot and she wanted to know if I still wanted to go? Am I an ass for thinking this is dumb? I really didn't want to go in the first place but I went because she wanted me to and then she has second thoughts once we get there.

Anyways, she's looking around and then looks back at me and asks me again if I still want to go. I do the only logical thing I could think of and get out of the car to go to the BBQ.

This is more a rant than anything else but I really don't understand my wife sometimes (95% of the time, actually).

Should have asked Her if She still wanted to go and if she said no then ask if there was something else she would rather do. I know they don't make sense a lot of the time.
