Raid, fell threaten with okron1k fast learning skill with Photoshop...
nice job... i wish i have a photoshop... i can't seem get the hand on Gimp...

no no.. 2 minutes is enough :P

-start with the image, 500x75px
-filter>noise>add noise - move slider to max and make it monochrome.
-press ctrl+f a couple few times to mix it up a bit
-filter>blur>radial blur - set it to zoom, max out the slider, and do best quality if you want
-create new layer
-paint bucket tool the layer to a color of your choice.. i used blue.
-set the layer to color burn or another of your choosing
-filter>render>lens flare - adjust settings to your liking and center it
-then create your vertical name text and HL text. i used white colored font
-right click the layer and select blending options.
-add stroke and choose black or whatever color
-do a regular text tool and add your components... small enough font to make it all fit.
-do the same blending options stroke thing to make it match.

really if you were really fast you could have the stuff saved in a text. it could probably be done in less than 2 minutes.

i don't see it as being too blurry... but this monitor i'm using at the moment only does 1024x768... and it's a 15 incher. (that's what she said)

now everyone can have cool vortex looking sigs!! :P
