| Well, I've finally decided to step up (now that I have the money) to RMA my insane motherboard back to MSI. Anyone have any experiences they wish to share before I send in the motherboard? MSI gave me my RMA number way too quickly in my opinion. I just don't want to end up getting screwed by MSI. So anyone have any experience with their RMA department? | T-Rex | Sent more than a few boards. (If you don't know i'm a tech in a boutique) They all came back working fine and dandy. Only problem I had with them was their RMA form that didn't work at first :P Other than that, top notch. A bit on the long side (at least in canada) though. |

| All right thanks. Makes me a bit less nervous. I just hate the fact of RMA'ing stuff. I've had REALLY bad experience returning stuff to factories. (I had to RMA my PS2 5 times, my eMachines computer 2-3 times, and my Toshiba laptop 2 times currently). | I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal. | I've also RMA'd through MSI using their online form. Sent back an MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum board that I killed when removing the backplate (screwdriver accidentally slipped and scraped the PCB). Got a working replacement back in a couple of weeks. |
