I happen to dig peeps...very much! I am glad that someone did the research on the very misunderstood candies, and thank you for posting it, Capper. They are very yummie treats along with candy hearts at Valentine's Day. mmmmmmmmmmmm

Peeps should remain mysterious... who needs to know the melting/freezing properties of it... its a sacred food.

I look forward to the day I am blessed with a peep. Anyone else that likes peeps is a friend of mine! :D
