Generally worst case a charge of discharging a firearm in city limits, assuming he lives in city limits.

However, let that barrel be less than 18" and he is toast. They sort of frown on sawed off shotguns. Then too, he could always move to Ruby Ridge.

I bet that lawn mower won't dare piss him off again!

If you're gona blow up shit ... take it to the hills ... use a legal weapon and if need be ... some fun explosives that dissipate after use.
