| ...and as of right now, I've only been up for about six hours! My wife and I took both our mothers to Las Vegas to see a show and have some nice food. My mother has never been to Vegas, so it was quite the experience for her, and it's been years since her mother has been there. We took them to see the "Le Reve" ("The Dream" in french) show at the Wynn. This is the third time we've been to Vegas since last August, LOL! We also checked out some of the Hotels that we've never seen (I know, they're all the same...). Bellagio is pretty cool, but Paris Las Vegas sucks, except if you take the ride to the top of the tower. From there you get a nice view of the water show at Bellagio. We wanted to go eat lunch at the "Top of the World" restaurant at Stratosphere, but traffic was bad on the strip, so we ditched the idea. We stayed at a place a few miles off the srtip, and it took us 90 minutes to get the Wynn Hotel. Going straight up LV Blvd or taking the freeway didn't matter, there was so much traffic. Vegas is nothing but a construction zone right now, not to mention overcrowded. We left Vegas last night about 12:30 or so, and got back home (after dropping off the moms) about 5:15, and was in bed by 6. Didn't drag my a** out of bed until about 3, which is why I've only been up 6 hours, LOL! If it's not fixed, then don't broke it! Last edited by Gig-O-Ram; April 8th, 2007 at 02:09. |

| We take both criticism and positive comments very positively | Sorry you didn't have a better experience, it can be crazy with the growth and such going on right now. I haven't been out, or down to the Strip since CES, but I'll have the wife go around and snap some pics tomorrow night and post them up INTEL QX9650 // Gigabyte EP45 Extreme // 8GB PC2-8500 // BFG GTX260 MaxCore // DD Torture Rack // Seagate 750GB HDD // OCZ Vendetta // PC Power & Cooling 620W PSU |

| Yeah Rich, I forgot that you're up in Vegas. I know the traffic and general congestion wasn't this bad back in August, and in October when we went up there. We didn't have a totally bad time, we just weren't expecting that level of traffic. It made getting to dinner last night kinda fun...we had to call "Taqueria Canonita" at Venetian twice to move our reservation back 30 minutes because we weren't gonna make the 7:30, Making it to Venetian from the South Point Hotel took a little over an hour that time.Hitman, we need to move the pics off the camera and get them posted in my wife's Yahoo album, but in the meantime, check these links to some other pics we took before: August October As you can see, my wife wants nothing more than to be seen on the internet, ![]() If it's not fixed, then don't broke it! |

| We take both criticism and positive comments very positively | I forgot to mention that traffic was a particular mess this week in preparation for the Formula One race that was run today......a lot of the streets around the city were blocked off, which caused a lot of traffic issues for almost an entire week......if I got out more I would have remembered this INTEL QX9650 // Gigabyte EP45 Extreme // 8GB PC2-8500 // BFG GTX260 MaxCore // DD Torture Rack // Seagate 750GB HDD // OCZ Vendetta // PC Power & Cooling 620W PSU |
