Default It's been a good day folks

I've seen us touch on some political subjects, overclocking topics and brand loyalty, all without anyone getting pissed off. That's cool no matter how you look at it. It also shows the maturity level of the folks on this board.

It's been a good day overall I might add.

Hope yours was good as well!

Be thankful for the little things cause the big things are waiting round the corner with the wiffle-ball bat.

:bath: and bed time for me.

I can't agree with you more there.

Is it just me or is just about everyone here conservative? I know we have a lot of veterans and troops in these forums... more than most forums probably. Maybe that has something to do with it. idk. All I know is that you guys are right on with your politics IMHO

Yuri, I don't think thats so much the issue....I would like to think its a matter of a close knit community that is very comfortable with each other. We all have various opinions on matters, but since we are all active and discuss a wide variety of topics I think we all understand and respect each other.
I'm neither liberal nor conservative, i look at the individual issues....I know Jeff is conservative, and Paul is more liberal....but I respect both them and their views

well up here in the north, your liberals are our conservatives. I suppose... I'd be liberal in your political spectrum. Anyway I'd agree with Capper, we are just very close. It's rare for something like this to happen (on internet).

I got two donuts, an ice cream sandwich, and got to make some flames out of florescent blue acrylic; can't complain about anything but a great day here!

Yes this is a very rare forum. We have some good guys, and Capper runs a pretty tight ship. He does a good job not letting things get out of hand. Thats the problem with bigger forums, it's just to hard to keep control.

Enjoy it Quakindude, i'm planning to take over the world soon (with the help of wacko Jokerswild) and such days should be prohibited, because we say so.

I also think it's the maturity level. People don't have their internet muscles.

I was gonna ask that myself. From what I see accross the computer forums I surf "computer nerds" as a constituency tend to be more conservative, but again I could just be looking at the wrong slice of the pie to get a good read on the group as a whole...
