| Re: Iraq Car Crusher well considering this particular situation, there probably is no due process. imagine (god forbid) a war broke out in our country and the military took over all law enforcement in our cities. everybody knows to stay inside your house. don't go outside unless absolutely necessary. you decide its a good time to go to the local home depot to steal some supplies since there is no one around. what do you think the military should do when they catch you?
