it doesnt suprise me that some inmate is filing a lawsuit of that proportion, but it sure as hell suprises me that he found a lawyer that would actually take the case. wow.....just wow is all i can say to that......

Unfortunately he doesn't need a lawyer to file a suit. Anyone can represent themselves and he has plenty of time to read law books where he's at. I handled all the legal paperwork in a recent en devour and everything came out fine including the court hearing.
