Illegal Drivers

This morning around 7 AM eastern I was on my way to work when at the stop light across from me was a van waiting to turn left. the light changes and the van jets out and attempts to turn in front of me well me being the person I am (as I have waited for this to happen before) I slam on the gas and ran into him and the car behind me hits me does about 1500 bucks in damage to my mustang and 200 to his van 500 to the charger behind me. well this guy gets out of the van looks at the damage to the van then hops in it and takes off while I'm on the phone with the police. the guy third in line behind me sees him take off and chases after him cops arrive and start the report and then get he gets a call for a disturbance 2 miles up the road dispatcher says it involves a green van and a black dodge ram. I said it was a green van that had pulled out in front of me so I go to identify the guy when we arrive 10 guys jump out of the van. I identify the drive who gets out on the passenger's side of all places. Come to find out the guy has no insurance, no license, and is here illegally. well the cop takes him into custody and after talking to the rest of them finds out that 6 more are illegal and 3 were just riding to work with them. well to make a long story short I hate illegal drivers as this is not the first time this has happened

And to think, you could have saved yourself a lot of trouble, and making an uninsured motorist claim on your insurance, if you had made a better decision.

As wrong as the guy is for making that turn, and being here illegally, you are just as wrong for hitting the gas and running into him. Hopefully, you had better sense than to say this to the police. Intentionally ramming someone makes the whole accident your fault.

heeheehee, so much for being the person he is. Ramming someone,then expecting the insurance to fix the the damage's?? Sure sounds like someone committing a few CRIMES to me?? and then to complain when they find out there is no insurance??hahaha, get real !! The cops should have took him in for Assault with intent to commit great bodily harm , at the very least ! Totally unthinking of the fact that he could have caused the death of someone,legal or not!!
And as he states that he has waited for this before show shows Malice, and a history of criminal intent. Be Thankful fool that I have no clue where you live,as I would gladly forward this to the local authority's as well as you state's DMV. as this kind of behavior is more of a threat to public safety than the illegal alien is ! You need professional help !!
But, I do agree that this illegal alien BS is WAY outta hand. !!!

yeah we all try to run into the illegals, all doing our part.. its worth sacrificing a little insurance money to get them illegals sent back to where they came from... (thus the term "illegal")

I myself am not the type to purposely do this but I have seen people locally that will. They get an older truck like mine and when they see a car or truck full of illegals, they will all of a sudden stop in front of them or "accidentally" hit them
or get them to hit him...

30 minutes ago I got a phone call from the Deputy asking me to come to the jail so I did and All are out of jail the driver apologized to me for it along with 4 others who said that they had been driving when it had happened before so I apologized to them for ramming them also the deputy along with the magistrate saw it as a mutual understanding and let them off with a warning for running the stop light and the guy driving was given a ticket for no insurance and no license but I told him I would take care of the fines of $250 and help him get his license and gave him the name of my insurance company to get insurance on the van and the deputy told me if I ram another car with my car that I will be charged with intent to do bodily injury with a motor vehicle and assault by motor vehicle and gave me a warning ticket. I assure you this I won't do it again and I don't think they'll do it again either. The woman who rear ended me was also there and she wanted to know who was going to pay for the damage to her car and seeing as I was guilty for ramming them and told her that i would so both cars are in the body shop having to dish out close to $3000 because i let my emotions get the better of me. Lesson Learned not to do it again would post pics but didn't have a camera on me

Besides ramming the car, the other stupid part was telling the officer you rammed them. You may not have gotten a ticket if you would have left out that detail.

teach them a lesson without telling the cops you did it on purpose... you can expect your insurance to double if this gets out to them... then you will really be paying for it...
You hit the gas when the light was green and he pulled out in front of you. Plain and simple and believable story.
You helped them so it shows character (without admitting and possibly being tossed in the tank for being stupid).

Yeah, it wasn't gonna be your fault otherwise, so you could have just gotten away with that.
