| Level 2 College Student | (lol, I forgot u can't say the N word, someone wanna change that subject to "I don't know anything about") I know nothing, besides 200fps is kind of decently good, and spring = cheaper than electric or gas. Here are my boundaries: 1) Looks badass 2) cheaper than 30 bucks 3) won't break So, I was looking at shotguns from hobbytron.com, and I came across this one (I looked through most of the "Cheap Airsoft" category, and this one looks the bad-assest. Spring SPAS Shotgun FPS-200, Pistol Grip, Folding Stock Airsoft Gun Is that an ok one to buy? is there somewhere else you get your airsoft stuff? I'm not looking to join any clubs or compete, I just want this for what it is. A toy. I am most likely gonna build a wooden fire-hydrant type box and mount it on my wall with a fatty "IN CASE OF ZOMBIES, BREAK GLASS" sign on it. But I want to use it in movies too (my friends and I like making action movies). Where do you get your airsoft stuff? Is this a good one? Is there a better one for not too much more? What are some problems with this particular one (if any)? Are all those things (scopes, laser sights, etc) removable? And are they on all the other ones as well? I don't want to spend more than 20 bucks on one, 30 is an absolute max, and thats only if its a really nice one. Like this one perhaps? Also, Why is this so cheap? is it crappy plastic or a knock-off brand or something? What reasons should I not buy this AK vs a different one if I was looking into getting an AK? | I find that those guns are a joke. But I suppose that if you aren't expecting anything out of them, they're fine. They're rarely full size though. That's the big slammer for me. The usual ak-47's that I see are a kind of "one hand" size. Overly toyish. Not powerful, but fun to sting your friend from about 50 ft away. |

| Level 2 College Student | yea, that's the one I really wanted, unfortunately its very sold out. :( I tried looking for a stock on the internet. but I couldn't. and I really don't want to buy from eBay. << is S12 = Spas 12? is that a dumb question? If so (the first Q, not the second Q), I am buying this right now [edit] Turns out thats not even a reputable brand. its some crap ass plastic that will break after 1 shot. [edit]#2 Found this: SPAS 12 Shotgun W/Flolding Stock How can I tell if its crappy plastic or if there is some good in it? Last edited by Zambini; August 7th, 2007 at 12:31. |
