I got GIMP!

I finally went and downloaded GIMP, and I will say. I am impressed by the program! I will try using it to create a logo for a site that I will launch soon, and I will also be using it to try and make myself a new signature picture for here.

It's a surprisingly robust program for free, but I've gotten too used to Photoshop and have a hard time with it. Basically I just don't really feel like trying to learn a whole new way of doing what I already know how to do with Photoshop. :dontknow:

I use GIMP, I must say it is an awesome program. I had a pretty hard time getting the hang of it, but when you do it's amazing what you can create with this free program. I just can't justify spending ~$600 on PS when you can get GIMP for free.

I have used them both but I am used to PS CS2 so I use that most of the time. there really isn't that much of a difference once you get into them
