Default The horrific airshow plane crash

Quote:
These horrific pictures show the moment that two planes crashed into each other while performing at an airshow. The two planes careered into each other in mid air with devastating consequences - the aicrcraft were completely blown apart by the force of the collsion.
Debris was blasted across the sky as smoke billowed from the cockpits.
Spectators at the airshow, 60 miles from Warsaw, were horrified as they looked up and saw the killer smash.
It is understood that both pilots died in the collision.

Holy shit. That crash reminds me of the time when I was in Korea and our sister squadron, the 35th FS lost an F-16 during a training mission. There wasn't much left of the F-16 after it augered into a rice paddy about 40 miles south of Kunsan AB. While I was searching through the wreckage, the largest part of the pilot found among a detail of a couple dozen airmen was a finger.

35th loses one of its own in its 84th birthday.

Wow, bro. Very sad story. So did they ever find out what caused the crash. I read the article and said they were going to investigate the cause.

Very sad too, the guy was going to be getting engaged as well.

To be honest, I don't remember. I want to say pilot error, but I could be wrong.
