HL Raffle Winners

About one month ago, HL Staff Member Tom Black lost his home and most of his belongings when an F3 tornado made a direct hit on his home in Enterprise, AL.

Within a day, requests to help came in from several members, companies, and sister sites around the web........and the HL Raffle/Donation Thread was started.

Some pretty incredible companies.....like ANTEC, Thermaltake, Silverstone, Tagon, Hiper Group, Kingston, Foxconn, ECS, In Win, AMD, and Sidewinder Computers all ponied up some really nice hardware to raffle off. Then there were people like Sean Kalinich from PlanetAMD64.com (who not only helped spread the word, but donated several prizes), PCApex.com, Computer Ed from WJPF, and the folks over at the Maximum PC Forums, who helped drum up interest and get people involved.

Lastly, all of you, the people who donated hard earned money, several of whom didn't want any sort of reward....but simply wanted to help a fellow enthusiast get back on his feet. Without all of you, none of this would have been possible. Thank you all very much.

I gotcha, I just wasn't sure if there were any particular vendors involved, it looks like everyone that donated was a manufacturer. Pretty amazing how much was raised in a month!

Congrats to all the winners! Without your donations and participation, my family and I would have been putting a lot of things on our credit card. ACK!

Capper was very fast in getting money to us as it came in. I want to thank all of you for your participation, your support and most importantly, your caring friendship. It certainly does mean a lot to us, of that you can be sure.

I'd like to give a special Thank You to Rich "Capper" Caporali and to all the companies that made this whole raffle possible. Without you guys, there wouldn't have been a raffle. Thank you all!
