i was hoping you all could give me some C&C on the site i'm doing for where i work
some of you remember how horrendous it was before, but now it's functional = D
please check it out and let me know what you think, and if there are any bugs/anything i should work on

think i could pull off a gray around the back?
i sort of want to keep it black & white on the inside because it's easiest to read.

did it function as expected?
did you check out the computers and try the customization features?
if you guys could give me a full C&C onslaught i'd appreciate it = D

maybe a green page background, to cut down on the white, with a light grey (#CCCCCC) text background and a little larger black text

i think i'll go with more of a pale green to focus the attention to the middle of the page, and also i need to do something about the buttons turning red when highlighted lol...
any other comments on functionality?

the button should be controlled by the CSS, unless you are using a program that manages everything

At first I was like... C&C??? Command and Conquer?

For an online store, I would do a format like a Fry's ad. Newegg uses that format.

The Home/Contact Us/About/Etc... place those at the top and move the products navigation to the left instead of right.

Latest products/Featured Products/Random Products I suggest be put in the center.

I would move product search to the left hand side and place user log in at the top right.

Pretty much put put things where everyone else does since thats where people look for things. Log in is usually top right, search is left etc...

looks like it's mostly organizational then...
once i get the go-ahead from my boss (he's at an onsite) i'll give it yet another overhaul...
i'm burned out for today though lol, my eyes are shakey
