Default Halloween Costumes

As I'm sure Rich can attest, when you're married or otherwise in a longterm relationship with a significant other, we amuse ourselves by creating extra work for the other partner or otherwise playfully irritating one another. At least, that's what I do. Not a birthday goes by for one of the kids that I don't promise them some elaborate cake design, and then turn to Tammy with a wry grin.

Halloween is no exception, and as many of you may remember, I tasked her last year with building my son Dakotah an R2D2 costume (LINK). Well this year I got the bright idea that we could all dress up as Donkey Kong characters as found on Donkey Kong 64. A themed Halloween, how cools is that? Like the R2D2 costume, you can't really find these characters in stores, so all five of them have to be hand-made. :P How she's going to pull this off, I have no idea, but these are the characters in question (Tiny Kong, Lanky Kong, Diddy Kong, Chunky Kong, and of course Donkey Kong):

That good thing without buying will stop; watch. A girl usually realizes that after 2 years if a ring isn't on her finger, there isn't ever going to be one. Now, he can have a longish engagement (say another 2-3 yrs) but she's a good one, deserves some bling.

She seems like a real gem, I mean that. I didn't comment on the costume before; there always seems to be either a knock on my door or someone calling to check up on me when I'm posting

Loved the R2D2 costume. She's very crafty. I've seen the cookies she made, can't wait to see the newest costumes. I'm sure Paul isn't telling us everything; I bet he's right along side of her helping. So come on, fess up; bet you and the kids also deserve credit :D

I kid, I kid. Paul's a pretty great guy, and with all the times we talk, I hear them two banter in the background....and can assure you that she gives as good as she gets.....just like my wife....I know people feel sorry for her, but she is definitely no victim
