Friend or foe? McClatchy Washington Bureau | 02/03/2008 | Clinton's '35 years of change' omits most of her career Quote:
Her campaign Web site biography devotes six paragraphs to her pro bono legal work for the poor but sums up the bulk of her experience in one sentence: "She also continued her legal career as a partner in a law firm."
Clinton worked at the Children's Defense Fund for less than a year, and that's the only full-time job in the nonprofit sector she's ever had. She also worked briefly as a law professor.
Clinton spent the bulk of her career — 15 of those 35 years — at one of Arkansas' most prestigious corporate law firms, where she represented big companies and served on corporate boards.
| Just when you thought that all these tax cuts that she would put a stop to if she got elected would go to good use.... you find out that she is one of the biggest corporate supporter... from big business to big government, we will see a massive increase not only in our taxes but also in the size of the government and earmarks given to major corporate players...
sorry but this is one bitch that I hope gets the nomination and gets shut out of 48 of the 50 states... (let her have CA and NY). Obama at least has a chance but he is just as bad...
so we vote on lesser of 2 evils.... McCain is a lot like Cheney.. so we will have black muslim Obama versus John "f*ck you" McCain
I will take attitude over scheming anyday.
