Default Crunch Time

Just a friendly remind that if you're finding HardwareLogic to be a helpful resource for all things PC, then please spread the word (don't spam). We've set a goal to reach 1,000 members in time for CES this January, and we're just 21 shy.

If you know someone that might be interested in joining, there's lots of points you can bring up, including:

Frequent contests and giveaways
Witty and reliable reviews
User guides/reviews and chance to win a $50 Newegg gift certificate
Oldest member on the web (Jokerswild)
24 hour mall security presence (Prolific_One)
Emoticon expert (gvblake22)
Goodwill projects (HooptyRig)
Friendly and helpful staff
Flame-free forum

Now that 'oldest member' thing. Is that whose been a member the longest or just who is oldest as in age? I might be able to give him a run on the age part. Truman was President when I was born.
On another note, I have a friend at work that is ordering parts for a computer build. He has never put one together himself. I told him that not only would I give him help but I had some forums he could go to for assistance also.
Guess where one of them is?

Joker can easily top that......they used his belly button lint to make the parchment for the Gettysburg Address.

I was there for the Sermon on the Mount. Around 30AD, Jesus was a good speaker but He was not much when it came to passing out more than bread, fish and wine. The wine was my downfall and still is to this day.

We're only 12 members away from our goal, so here's some more convincing arguments to entice potential members:
  • We don't get iPods in exchange for reviews
  • We have staff/members representing 'alternate lifestyles' (garetjax + RAID)
  • For those that want it, we offer sensitivity training (Hitman)
  • Integrated Google searches (Lead Head)
  • Site aesthetics will never wear on you; in fact, you may not even recognize the homepage from one day to the next!
  • If you're an anti-Phoenix Suns fan, this is THE place to talk garbage
  • Same applies to the Steelers and Mariners
  • Why wouldn't you want to join this Ragtag bunch of misfits?
