wow love the liberal media and how it spins this crap. The wording of that bill states that Bush is not responsible for events that are out of his control which in this case is the possible abuse and detainment of these terrorists. He is making sure he is not setup as a scapegoat for things that he has not done. If they are abused and he doesn't know about it then how can he be responsible for what a few soldiers are doing? Court martial the soldiers doing it and not send it up the line to the president. This is like saying you used your leased Ford to run over some pedestrians but you walk away from the courthouse a free man and the Ford CEO gets locked up for it.
He is just protecting his own ass from the liberals and their bogus redistributed responsibility that points fingers at someone other than those who did the crime.

What happened to the buck stops here. Not a very good president if he doesn't even know whats going on. Besides his whole presidency is lies to the American people. Just another Nixon.
