For those that know what this book is, Lets have a discussion on it. For those who do not know what this is, here is an intro. Ladies, I would like to also have your opinions on this if you decide to read it. This book is geared toward men but I find that alot of the thinking is also useful for women. Not to see into what a guy is thinking but to improve themselves as well. This is a fairly long read but if you have any questions, please discuss along the way.

The Book of Pook is a book of self improvement. For those that are a bit more on the shy side and for those that always ask themselves why they end up being the "friend". Don't begin reading with the mindset that you will be able to learn how to get girls or you will be disappointed. This book is to improve oneself and let everything take its course.
