|  Approved!!!! As most of you may know that I have dial-up here in the sticks. I also mentioned that I am in the process of buying my family a home and moving to an area that has broadband. Well I got some good news today from my realtor that the bank that owns the house has agreed to my offer and that my broker has already got me approved for a conventional home loan. This may sound like "OK" news to some but for myself, I messed up my credit in my late teens. It has been hell trying to purchase items on credit. 2 years ago I found a web site with a community just like this one, that helps people with credit repair. They also tell you about all the laws about creditors, bill collectors, credit reports and so on and tell you what kind of letter to send them and exactly what to do. Anyways, I have been hard at it, getting that crap off my credit report. Now, last year, I was able to purchase a brand new vehicle for my wife and kiddos with nothing out of my pocket after driving piece-o-craps! And now I was just approved for a home loan to get my family out of this house that we rent for an ungodly amount of money. Gonna be a helluva budget change for the better! Woohoo!! With their help, I increased my credit scores 100 points in 1.5 years. If it is OK with Capper, I will post the link to that community here. If not, PM me for it if you think you need their help.
