Default Animated Avatars?

I have seens some people have avatars that rotate though many images. (Robo had a sig like that, and RAID had an avatar like that for about 2 seconds before he changed it) How would I go about doing that?

Thanks.

i sent you a pm, YH.

i just used Ulead GIF animator which is free to try for 15 days. you'll have to size your images and make sure your final product is within the avatar size limits.

cool, just know that i was only able to get about 4 or 5 images in before the GIF was too large for the size limits. i even tried to reduce the quality of each picture to fit another one in but it didn't help much.

You can also use Gimp (which is free forever) or PS. You just layer your images then run the animator. Like RAID said you have to use small images because the sizes add up quick.

I tried using that Ulead thing RAID linked me to, but it's not working. When i post it as my avatar, only the first pic shows up. It doesn't cycle through. Thoughts?

EDIT: here it is:

I think the problem was that the file was too big. Is there any way to compress it when it's already animated?
