Once again the Military Members are getting screwed.

It always irritates my rash when I read another instance of this country treating the members of our military and our veterans like dirt. Seems every administration, every congress going back to the Civil War has made promises to these brave men and women, then turned their backs on them and their sacrifices.

When we see the poor salaries of our active service personnel as well as the poor state of Veterans hospitals and homes we should be ashamed!

from what I understand some Dems had added some pork barrel spending to this bill and thats why he vetoed it....

Well, I just hope the BAH rates go through. I haven't wanted to look at my pay info since I'm on open Wi-Fi to see if it changed or not.

My Basic Allowance for Housing is supposed to go from $992 to $1339 this month.

Mine is suposed to be pretty close to the same.

the way things are going with gas prices and everything else, it should be closer to a 10% instead of a 3.5%.... oh well as long as the politicians get their yearly 20% increase they are happy about shafting the military

Man I live in OK we all have one of these in our back yard. We don't pay for gas man :D
