Default 2CoolTek: Legit or not?
2CoolTek

Anyone have any experience with them? I bought an OCZ Equalizer mouse from them on Nov. 23 and all I got was an email saying they got the money from my Paypal. Here was are on the 29th, and I haven't received a tracking number, or any indication that my order has been shipped.

Did I get scammed?

Well then, what could have happened? I email customer service, still haven't received a response... I'm keep you guys updated.

They seem to have good feeback on ResellerRatings.com also.
How long has it been since you e-mailed them? Give them like one full business day to reply to an e-mail...

LOL Yes, be patient yellow. 1 to 2 business days is a normal reply time for an e-mail. If it's urging, give them a call. ;)

Nor would I expect a reply this quick to an email sent on Friday. You typically aren't going to get responses from many vendors over the weekend, and as of right now, it's still early Monday EST, and even earlier in 2CoolTek's assumed time zone (Central, Minnesota).

FWIW, they have an excellent (albeit limited) ResellerRating.
