|  rthdcpl.exe WTH is this error... i have this error right after my computer won't restart after an auto upgrade from windows...  anyone knows wth is this??? i google it it say it pertains to Realtek HD Audio Sound Effect Manager, but what has to do with user32.dll???  | Re: rthdcpl.exe WTH is this error... Remove your Realtek sound drivers and apps. Reinstall the drivers for your onboard audio, but don't install the Realtek HD application. | Re: rthdcpl.exe WTH is this error... Looks like you have dll files fighting for a memory address. You best bet is to uninstall/reinstall all the realtek drivers and software.
