| While i know printers wouldn't be up the ally for most of you guys, i was hoping you all would have some suggestions on a printer/scanner/copier. Aiming for something relatively cheap, but don't want to skimp. I need one for college next year, and the fact that my printer now simply died during a power storm. thanks guys! Jake ![]() |

| You will hear a lot of different opinions about printers. For my money I have always used Epson products, they are relatively inexpensive and provide some of the best print quality out. In addition they offer a true water resistance and light fastness on their images. I have actually submerged prints from my 1280 and there was no ink running at all. | just a heads up, small is good, the dorms at the school aren't tiny, but they aren't huge, so something less bulky would be a plus, the canon doesn't look huge, but incase that makes anyone think of a particular printer, there you go lead that printer looks nice, but i want scanning and copying abilities as well. i was looking at these two Newegg.com - Canon PIXMA MX310 2184B002 Up to 22 ppm 4800 x 1200 dpi InkJet All-In-One Color Printer - Retail Newegg.com - Canon PIXMA MP520 2178B002 Up to 30 ppm 4800 x 1200 dpi InkJet Photo All-In-One Color Printer - Retail Last edited by JazzyJake; December 1st, 2007 at 06:29. |
