| hi :D do you guys think i should get a power surge protector for my new comp? i mean is it a must? or just optional? and will it affect/slow down the performance of the comp at all? ill run the comp in my bedroom, with enermax galaxy 850 watts. also which case is better overall/mroe comfortable to work/build with? Canada Computers - Cases > Full/Server Towers : Antec P180B Black Innovative three-layer side panel case (aluminum, plastic, aluminum) . ^ the antec p180 or Canada Computers - Cases > Full/Server Towers : Enermax Chakra ECA5001BS Black ATX Big Tower Case with 25cm Fan . ^ or the enermax chakra? i dont care about cooling much cuz i wont overclock. oh and another quick question :D what is the difference between these memory sticks Canada Computers - Memory > DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz + : Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400C4 Matched Pairs 2GB kit (2x1GB) PC6400 DDR2-800 CL 4-4-4-12 240-pin Dual Channel Memory . and Canada Computers - Memory > DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz + : Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400 Matched Pairs 2GB Kit (2x1GB) PC6400 DDR2-800 CL 5-5-5-12 240-pin Dual Channel Memory . they look the same cept those 5/5/5/5/ or whatever numbers :S why and how is the one for 190 bucks better than the one for 160? thx alot to those who help. | ||||||||||||||

| Nothing sucks worse than fubbered up equipment when it was preventable. Surge protectors are so inexpensive these days. A battery back up is pretty a pretty cheap option these days too, if you don't need any frills. Some PC distributors offer them free or discounted with a new system. | ||||||||||||||
