| I would up the video card also. I would also go with a less expensive case but thats just me. |

| I'm Evil | I would replace the 3700+ with an X2 3800+ or an Opty 165. I'd replace the case with the Sonata II as it is a better case and includes a 450W PSU. Use the money he saved to get a better video card. INTEL QX9650 ASUS P5E3 Premium 4GB DDR3-1600 Sapphire HD 3870X2 Danger Den Tower-26 (Custom W/C) 5 x Seagate 250GB HDD in RAID5 BFG ES 800W PSU |

| Modder-ator | Yeah, I agree with Capper on the case, you could save a lot of money there by getting the Sonata II and using the decent included PSU. You could also check out the P150, but the Sonata II is cheaper and I think it looks better. And yeah, it does seem like you still have some budget money to play with. I would also agree with bumping up to a budget dual core processor and then using the leftover $ for the best video card possible. |

| His parents actually want to keep the cost below 1300. I don't really want to go with the Sonata II because its very cramped. If i remove the duct, which I would, there would be no intake. I've checked the front for any intake fans but there is no slot. I might get the P150. I'll look into some other choices. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |

| I'm Evil | Ummm, you can attach a 120mm fan to the back of the HDD cage. there are included rubber grommets which attach the fan. None of that should be a problem if he doesn't plan on overclocking INTEL QX9650 ASUS P5E3 Premium 4GB DDR3-1600 Sapphire HD 3870X2 Danger Den Tower-26 (Custom W/C) 5 x Seagate 250GB HDD in RAID5 BFG ES 800W PSU |
