Default NEW System Build - Suggestions!

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6550
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L or ASUS P5K series OR any good overclocking mATX board (I might make this my TinyBEAST in the LanBox I got - thanks again Capp)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 or OCZ REAPER DDR2-800 2GB initially and I'll add another 2GB soon enough
Video Card: X1650PRO (for now at least I can run COD4 and newer games and still play them - this way I save money on getting a low-end video card after I sell my system and can spend more on the other more important parts)
HDD: Most likely gonna grab another 250GB and then add a 500GB later on
DVDRW: LG 20x SATA LightScribe
PSU: I'm looking at the Enermax Liberty 620W - great price at $119.99 CAD and modular goodness
HSF: I'm gonna go for the Thermaltake V1 most likely, or CNPS9500
Case: DISREGARD - even if I decide not to go for my LanBox, I'll get a case somehow don't worry

I'll have some links and prices up later on, but all in all I want to try to keep it below $900 CAD including taxes. I know this can be done.

If you have some other suggestions, TigerDirect.ca - Computer Parts, PC Components, Computers & Electronics or Canada Computers - Your Neighbourhood Computer Store and Service Centre - PC Systems and Hardware Components, Notebooks, Electronics, and more. is where I'm buying from.

THANKS!

Very nice job YH, thanks.

It seems like I may just try NCIX for once. The only thing on that list would be the video card - I'd still rather save as much as I can because it's gonna be useless to me eventually. And for the DVD Burner I'll definitely go LG or Lite-On, 20x. The RAM I like I like...but REAPER or BALLISTIX is my RAM.

In terms of the motherboard - YES!!! It's the one I wanted but it wasn't available anywhere - same goes for the HSF!

Not to mention that would bring me over budget. I'll do some reconfiguring soon enough.

Thanks!

Yeah, you won't be disappointed with the Blood Iron... best OC for the money.

That was just a quick list to give you some ideas... you can do the nitty gritty stuff.
