Default New MB and DDR3, help!

OK So I want to upgrade to DDR3. I have a Kentsfield quad-core that I intend to stick with. The biggest problem is finding a motherboard and future-Proof DDR3. Honestly with bus speeds I run on My Q3210 I could run 6 x 525 and the CPU will run stable. That means I need DDR3 capable of running at least 1066, but I want 1333. I also want to go for 4 GB so I will just order 2 2x1gb kits. Lastly I need a chipset capable of running 500+ FSB 24/7 that supports DDR3. I'd like to try X38, but am willing to go for a P35. I only buy Asus or Gigabyte boards. So I will take all the recommendations you have to offer. Some components I'm looking at are Either OCZ, Corsair or Mushkin DDR3-1333 and many Asus and Gigabyte MBs...

Quad Core Xeon 3210@2.8ghz
GA-EP35C-DS3R 466FSB
2x1gb OCZ-1333 DDR3@1400MHZ
Sapphire 4870 512mb GDDR5
2x Raptor 150 ADFD RAID 0--WD320YS RE 16mb
Samsung SuperWritemaster 20x DVDRW
X-Fi eXtremeGamer w\Logitech Z-2300
Silverstone OP650 54A 12v Rail
Torture Rack--Custom Danger Den WCing

So far, with the motherboards and kits I've tested, the hybrid boards (which use both DDR2 and DDR3) are very poor for overclocking the memory....they are more for compatibility than performance.

The problem you are going to face is price, you are looking for a high performance solution, one thats probably going to cost you $300 for the board and $200-250 for the memory.

INTEL QX9650
ASUS Maximus Extreme
4GB DDR3-1600
Sapphire HD 3870X2
Danger Den Torture Rack (Custom W/C)
Seagate 750GB HDD
BFG ES 800W PSU

Yep I know it's not going to be cheap...
