Default New Build (not for me, though)

I finally get to build a new system! Well, for my sister anyway...
She wanted a fairly well loaded system, but also wanted to stay at or under $1000. So I looked around and picked what I feel is decent, yet inexpensive hardware.

Here is what she's getting:

Case, Mobo, CPU, RAM, Video Card, PSU, HDD, DVD/CD ROM, DVD Burner, Sound Card, TV Tuner Card, Card Reader, FDD, 56K Modem, Wireless Adapter all to be run on Windows XP Pro, which will be a nice step up from Win98SE.

I'll probably order the parts this weekend, but I need to wait for her to decide on the Wireless adapter. She has two computers in her house (one of which is an 8 year old Compaq, to be replaced with the above system), and she's looking at getting a cable internet package from ComCast. She's trying to decide on whether to set up a hot spot (thus the need for the adapter), or just to move one computer near the other and run a wired connection between the two. I told her a wireless setup would be better, but it's up to her.

If it's not fixed, then don't broke it!

Looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of that case though, something like THIS would be great. Lots of good stuff said about the case, and cheaper than the other one after the MIR!

If I were building the system for me, I might consider that case. I like that it has the USB, SATA, IEEE and sound ports right on the outside (considering MY outer USB ports never want to stay in place - even with glue!).

I picked out all of the internal hardware, but my sister picked the case. She picked it because, and I quote - "It's pretty." I'll throw that link her way though and see what she thinks.
