Love it.

I would say that RAM could definitely be better. Check out this wicked deal on 2x1GB PQI Turbo DDR2-800 RAM - $60.99!

If it's within your budget (I mean for $20 more, most will agree that 2GB is overwhelmingly worth it), then I'd advise to go for it.

Other than that, seems great to me.

I'm sure that RAM you've selected will work OK, but it's more of an generic or unknown brand.

We enthusiasts like to stick with tried and true brands.

Not to mention that other deal ST!X linked to is 2gb :)

Here's some ram I highly recommend and I know it overclocks well. The initial cost is $96, but after MIR, it's $56. A friggin steal! And it's guaranteed to work on that mobo because we've tested it on that chipset.

Newegg.com - OCZ Platinum Revision 2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

Q6600@ 3.2GHz w/ CNPS9700 | EVGA 780i | 2Gb Corsair DDR2-800 | EVGA 9800GTX 512 Video | 1x WD 640Gb HDD, 2x Seagate 400Gb HDD, 1x250Gb WD | 2x Samsung SH-203B Opticals | Antec 900 | ABS/Tagan BZ700 700W PSU

Great recommendation as well. I stumbled upon this but thought in my mind that this seemed with a budget rig so I tried keeping initial cost at a minimum. If you have enough to get the whole system with that OCZ RAM initially, then wait for the MIR, then definitely do it.

Wow, that's crazy. You guys really tempt me into going with a quad core intel sometimes when I see the deals available. >_<

since your in a budget, and if your not into side window and considering better air circulation on a case i would recommend this :

Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Centurion 532 RC-532-SKN1 Black Aluminum bezel, SECC chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail

my friend love this when i build him the computer, keeps the computer air circulation pretty good

side note: the apevia case you link those meter on the front bezel dies in short amount of time, just to let you know...
